Where do you ship from?

Currently we ship from Durban South Africa to all around South Africa and the Netherlands. Domestic shipping takes 3-4 working

What is the average delivery time?

Domestic shipping takes 3-4 working days. International shipping takes 5-6 working days.

What are your shipping rates?

Domestic: 

  • Standard: 0.00 - 1.00 kg's - R70
  • Heavy Goods: 5.00 - 20.00 kg's - R140

International (Netherlands):

  • 0.00 - 20.00 kg's - R600. Customer pays their own duties and taxes.

Place an order

1. Once you have selected your size and colour for the product you want, select the “Add to Cart” button. 
2. Select the cart icon located on the top right of your screen.
3. All your items in your cart will slide in from the right of your screen. 
4. Click on the “Checkout” button
5. You will be required to enter your delivery address information.
7. Once all your details have been filled out you can enter a promotion code if you have one which will deduct a certain amount off your order.
8. Once you have filled out all the required information and you are happy with your order. Select the ‘Payment’ button where you will be requested to enter your payment details.

How do I view my basket on the website?

To check out what's in your cart: 
1. Select the cart icon located on the top right of your screen.
2. A menu of all your items in your cart will slide in from the right of your screen. 
3. If you Click on "View Cart" button, this will redirect you to your Cart page where you can change quantity and remove items.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your order information and a link to track your order.

How do I log a return ?

You can log a return of the unwanted product on the website within 7day delivery to you. Please do this via the 'Say Hi' page or by emailing accounts@modernmuseum.co.za.

    How do I cancel my paid order?

    To cancel an order please call our head office on +27(0)31 8166 152 or log a cancellation via the 'Say Hi' page or by emailing accounts@modernmuseum.co.za. Please remember to have your order number on hand, as we will require this information to process your cancellation.

    How do I get a refund for my order?

    To log a refund on an order please call our head office on +27(0)31 8166 152 or email via the 'Say Hi' page or by emailing accounts@modernmuseum.co.za. Please remember to have your order number on hand, as we will require this information to process your cancellation.

      Why is my credit card payment not going through?

      Check that the card number, card name and expiry date is entered exactly as it is on the front of your card. Check that your 3-digit CVC number on the back of the card is also entered correctly.If you are still having problems please Contact Us.

      I want to exchange something, but I'm not able to exchange it for the Item I want?

      Products can be exchanged for a product that is available at the same price as the product you originally purchased. If this is the case, we will collect the item from you and deliver the new product once the one you returned has passed inspection at our head office. If the item you want is not immediately available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the item within 7 business days of you logging the return.For more information, please read our Returns and Exchange Policy.
